Can't take the quest at TOC with any of my chars (quest chain)

Hello, i have a big problem..

I can't get the quest hidden at (Horde) tent at the TOC raid place...

None of my characters can find the quest giver..

Please help.

I'm not sure but I think this questchain starts at the warships flying over Icecrown or maybe Dalaran.

If its Argent Tournament you seek, you start(more or less) from a dude near Dalaran flymaster. As for the flagship of Horde(no idea whats the name) also right next to flymaster in Dalaran the quest line starts
