Cannot find SOLOQ npc :(

Hello, can anyone tell me where is the soloq npc in any horde capital, looking for 30 min cannot find it... I do not do pvp (Just bgs) and i thought skirmish is soloq but seems like it is not. Thanks!

I have same problem can't see any solo queue npc i tried turn it on and off from site but still cant see it

you can find it in orgrimmar/stormwind.

In orgrimmar. he is located in valley of honor next to npc to queue 2s,3s,5s (NOT the room with warrior class trainer).
