Bought a rogue for 400 coins but...

I bought a rogue on Lordaeron realm and the Thunderfury weapon is now lost. The questline is completed on that character, he even has one weapon transmoged into Thunderfury, now I got another Scroll of Illusion that I want to use it on my other weapon.

I recently bought a paladin and the Shadow Edge weapon was restored to me by a GM since I was in the middle of SM questline. Now I have the same problem with my Thunderfury weapon. Can you restore it to my character since the questline is already completed?

Are you sure he didn't delete it before selling the toon? If that's the case you can't get it.

Sounds to me like he bought the character without inventory, thus not getting the legendary along with the character. I think an in-game ticket might help you with that, if it can be verified that the character actually obtained the item in-game.
