Banned for ninja in dungeons

so I've been banned for ninja looting in dungeons but in the past few days i haven't even been in a dungeon.. and when in dungeon i always go greed on stuff i do not need.Its a mistake for sure for ban cause i am druid and i equip only leather . Every time i go greed on items, and someone need it i give that cause i do not wanna 6 gold cause i produce gold with my prof tailoring and enchanting. This is a shame and i wanna be unbanned.
