Hi so i recently tried to donate on my account through your website and an error popped up saying Visa Verification so i spoke to my bank and i was able to donate but right before it went through it says "payment system was blocked for you" also telling me to start an inquiry, this hasn't happened to me before when ive donated on other accounts but for these accounts its just an error, i love this game and but this is just ridiculous may i please get some assistance, very much appreciated.

those are the accounts i tried to donate on to skip the que but its saying the payment was blocked and ive already cleared up with the bank and so its a mistake on your end , i just want to play my account and just have this problem fixed ive been waiting for hours and it still says the payment is blocked which is very confusing
