Good afternoon champs,
My friends account, which he had since 2011, has been hacked (email and password changed). He has tried to contact you via email about it but there has been no answer as of yet. I was hoping someone might take a look into it, if its possible to reset the email and get his account back since the new realm is coming out and he had donator status on it. I know its a busy day with the Frostmourne release but we were really looking up to start fresh in this time of quarantine. If someone in staff reads this I can DM the details of the account.

Tell him to send another email and to try and not to sell it/give it away next time.
Account being hacked should be noticed within days, months at most.
He should have some evidence that he was the rightful owner at some period and [email protected] should be able to help him, they're quite helpful tbh.
