Technical Addon Button Nonexistend

Hey guys, I just downloaded the client and logged in for the first time. At the bottom left corner, where the addon Button should be, is an empty area and no button! I can't even chose which addons I'd like to enable, not even blizz ones. Any idea how to fix this?

Edit: Right before this first log in, I downloaded addons like recount and elvui and put them in the addon folder, so it was not just blizz addons at my first start of the game

If that button isn't there, then it's not detecting any addons you installed. Did you unzip them before putting them in?

Yep, I used win rar.
