Problem with the Two Step Authenticating process when logging on a new IP/device.
Writing from this account because I can not do so from my own , since today I stopped receiving my mails for authentication codes.I can still log in-game , but cannot access my account through the site. Wrote an email to [email protected] and now I am putting this down in hope for some help.
Things I considered already - Removing Two Factor Authentication - Thought over it and it seems like it sends and email for approval to the mail given for the account so , if my account is being messed with it might harm the situation.What steps can I take from here ?
The password for the account is the same , and I repeat , I can log-in.
