Constant World Server Down and bugged Heroics

I've already tried sending a few tickets but no responses.

So I get that they need to have an absurd amount of people on one server, sure. It's a lockdown for most countries so a lot of people are playing right now. But getting bugged bosses that respawn after being killed, that reset instances when you wipe (on top of bugged quests!) is too much. Now we finally pushed through and finished a bugged heroic, we get the epics/blues that we actually need in the rolls for 3/5 in our party that are negotiated beforehand.

Before anyone can need/greed, world server down. AMAZING. We log back in. Boss is respawned but unkillable. No items. No corpse. Locked out of instance for the day.

Is there any way we can get our items back? No? Then can we get refunded for the time we spend doing the damn thing for no reason >:(
