Does anyone other seem to have this problem? BG's work mega nice, but in heroics I seem to have this problem (as in the world too, but thats kinda reasonable)

Yes, a lot of people in my guild have this as well, including raids. We have 10-25ms ping, but have a 500-1500ms delay in our casting.

It's due to the massive amount of people online.

More people = More lagg.
