(Sons Of Hodir/ Hijos de Hodir) "Forging an Alliance"

Hello, when i finish the line of mission with Sons Of Hodir i talk with Thorim and he gave me the all reputation to make me Venerated but that's and he don't give me the mission "Forging an Alliance" so i can't go to the Sons of Hodir to buy enchants and items of that reputation because i can't see the NPC! What i need to do it?

Hola, cuando termine toda la cadena de misiones de Los Hijos de Hodir para ganar su reputacion, le entregue la ultima mision a Thorim y me dio toda la reputacion para llegar a Venerado pero él no me dio la mision de "Fojar una alianza" entonces no puedo ir con Los Hijos de Hodir para comprar los encantamientos y los equipamientos porque no veo al NPC! Que necesito hacer?

Did you do the quest from the item dropped by the giants where you make the gleaming ore? I think that is a precursor
