Meta gem not active

Helm unequipped, agility stays the same => meta gem had no effect before.

I have 2 red gems on my boots, 1 orange on my belt (prismatic socket) and 1 blue on my head. The 21 agility from my meta gem won't add up on my stats.

This is my armory; the orange gem won't show up on my belt here though idk why.
