Guys, I am new in WOW. I was wandering if where can I get Librams for my Paladin. Thanks in Advance.

Usually you get them around lvl 50 from dungeons (they're a boss drop in 2 dungeons I think). There's one from quest in Hellfire Peninsula (lvl 58+ area). At lvl 73 you can do daily quests in Grizzly Hills for Venture Tokens and buy it off a vendor in Venture Bay.
