Technical Unable to use use rdf or parties

On one of my characters, i am unable to use rdf or the party function in general. i cant invite people or be invited. RDF will also say someone in my party is disconnected or unable to queue. Everyone appears to already be in a group when i try to invite them and vice versa. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it only fixable by a GM?
