Horde end-game raiding guild

Is there any guild on horde side on lordearon, who aren't a bunch of fakking R3tards or newbies who doesn't know 15 year old content ?

I am a pro player knowin all boss encounters, but all I can find are bunch of R3tarded guilds who doesn't even know what a bonestorm is.

I have a engineering+jwc boosted resto shaman who is pretty sure he can eventually solo heal icc10's on lordearon if I am able to get some better gear.
