    At skill level 225, visit Doctor Gregory Victor in Arathi Highlands (73,36), and accept the quest Triage (minimum level 35 to accept). Complete the quest (see below on how), and you will learn Artisan First Aid as quest reward.
    At skill level 240, talk to Doctor Gregory Victor again to learn how to make Heavy Mageweave Bandages.

    At skill level 225, visit Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in Dustwallow Marsh (67,48), and accept the quest Triage (minimum level 35 to accept). Complete the quest (see below on how), and you will learn Artisan First Aid as quest reward.
    At skill level 240, talk to Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen again to learn how to make Heavy Mageweave Bandages.

    Triage
    1. Bind the Triage Bandage to an easy accessable hotkey.
    2. Stand somewhat in the middle of the room.
    3. Bandage patients until you finish the quest (15 in total).
    4. Bandage the more damaged NPCs first.
    5. Team up with someone to make it easier.

    240 - 260
    Create: 7 x Heavy Mageweave Bandage
    Materials: 14 x Mageweave Cloth

  4. Just two info for anyone trying to raise First Aid

    1) About the Heavy Netherweave manual, you actually don't need it, i got the recipe from the trainer (at Dalaran)

    2) For the Heavy Frostweave Manual, you can get it fast farming this mob in Zul Drak (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/it/npc...kuru-berserker)
