    Scrol of Deception Account bound

    Soo I've found around 30 + Scrol of Deception in alt characters that I don't need, and I need aloto f them on my MAIN character. Soo my suggestion is, why don't you make it "account bound"

    Suggested and denied multiple times before. You are encouraged to use alts to get their own Scrolls, instead of relying on a well-geared main to farm for everyone.
