WotLK AH Mails Lost on Frostmurne

Hello , yesterday i had too much Mails(like 20) from AH waiting to recieve the money to get it to my bags i went to sleep, and when today i log in on my character with normality , i see that the mailbox is empty.
Mails are gone , and the gold with them too.
Of course the items of the ah was sold , and dont get it back , so i want to know if someone more has this problem and if support can do something to resolve it.

I can tell you that support can't help you. I myself never had such an issue.
