Could you post a bit more detail? Why do you think it's doing half? What's the math behind your claims?
If you're sure it's a bug go post it on the bugtracker, "reporting bugs" on the forums does nothing.

Reports like this which provide almost no information about the the bug are not helpful at all. Not to mention that they shouldn't be posted on the forum to begin with, use Bug Tracker instead. You can also always ask another community member to submit a bug report for you, if you're not very comfortable with English language.
