Technical Premium and coins not showing up?

I am fairly new here and i decided since im sinking a decent amount of time and plan to sink in quite a bit more a donation seemed like a decent idea getting the premium membership and some coins to spend on the marketplace. Seemed all well and good to me. Ive been waiting now for over an hour. No recipt, although it is showing it as pending on my credit card (2 times pending in fact only did so once) Im just wondering if something went wrong and maybe see if there is any direction to move towards getting it rectified?
