Faction change

Hey, when faction change will be available? Also, will it be available using points, not just coins?

Tl;dr
I wanted to play arenas with my partner on alliance, but he dumped me, so I've nothing else to do and my all friends are on horde, asking me to join them. :(

They said no point shop, which makes sense to me, but atleast let us race/faction change with points....

I don't believe you can even collect points unless you have 1k unique achievement points on Icecrown don't quote me on that, but it makes sense. We have guildies who only have Frostmourne toons and well over 2k achievement points who cannot collect.

If that's the case, points will never be used for anything on Frostmourne. Want to race/faction change with points? Wait until characters are transferred to Icecrown.
