It's usually the same for most guilds/groups on all skill levels, factions and realms.
The most needed classes/specs are RDPS (Fire Mage, Demo Warlock, Boomkin, S. Priest, MM Hunter) and Healers (H. Paladin, Resto Shaman, Disc Priest).
There's an oversaturation of MDPS Death Knights, Warriors and Paladins. Those classes/specs are useful and sometimes vital for the raid composition, but there's just way too many of them.
No, I am a new player , lv 72, and I am always in queue for about 15 min needing a healer every night. My 2nd toon should be a healer just for that. But as a tank , you get instant queue until about level 55. When DK arrive, ther eis way much more tank
