I'd like to know how to get a discount code for purchasing Smourne ?

You can no longer use discount codes on SM afaik. You could a while ago, but that option was removed iirc. There were a lot of threads complaining about that on the forums.
Discount codes are given out during new years celebrations and you can check if you have some previous promotions over at https://www.warmane.com/account/history click the tab "Promotions"
