Will Icecrown get a character cap increase after Frostmourne reaches "the end"?

I've got 10 characters on Icecrown, and plan on having 10 on Frostmourne as well, 1 of each class, but I'm worried what happens when it gets to the end.
It was made clear there's a plan, but would be comforting to know what it is, to avoid losing all characters that don't fit that 10 char cap.

You're going to have to delete 1 of your chars to see your Frostmourne char.

okey first no, it is impossible because of the client coding (blizz)
however, they said they have a solution of sorts, not sure what exactly though.. like it was a similar situation several yrs ago, when they merged two similar wotlk realms

so, dw :p you will have to rename your charas once the merge is complete, ofc
