Editing the blizzard action bar

Hey there!

I watched some videos on youtube and I got hooked to this UI right here



After some research, I found out that it was the Improved Blizzard UI addon, but it's not working on 3.5.5.

Is there any way or any other addon that can copy the same idea?

I might be wrong but I believe you can do something similar with Bartender4. It comes with the ability to edit the blizzard action bar and add more bars if you like.

I tried Bartender for a little bit but sadly you cannot edit the Blizzard texture to make it look like the attached picture.
