WotLK Mercenary Mode bug

Hi
Im the only one who have problem with this?
Im playing a Human DK with enabled Mercenary Mode.
Every time i que to BG, and join as horde, my client is crashed, i get WoWerror. Restart wow and can play the BG, but my character is competely turn into forsaken race, i unlearn all human spells, and learn forsaken race spells.
When i leave the BG, my spells are still forsaken, like cannibalize or will of the forsaken. After relog, it change back to my normal human spells.
Is this normal?

I have the same problem. I enabled MM 2 days ago, now each time I am sent to the opposite faction (horde) I get wow error, I log back, I'm on a BG but without human trinket and I can't communicate with my team on /bg. Any fix for this? I'm a human DK.

EDIT: in case anyone else is experiencing the same... in my case it was the Gatherer addon. Disabled it and the MM works fine, no errors.
