Affliction damage lower then a couple months back?

Aight, so I came back to WoW having not played since the beginning of January this year. Now, one thing I've noticed is that my damage in ICC25 is about 2.5-3k lower than what it was before in January. I was wondering if anyone else here has this same issue?
