How many parts from the spec should i have 2 or 4 ? And which one is better black magic or 63 sp on t7 gear my haste is around 700-800.Thanks you !

4p of warlocks' is one of, if not the most powerful t7 bonus. You could play with almost any offpiece, while the most potent upgrade comes from changing your set trousers to wanton's.
Difference between weapon enchants shouldn't be big, although SP is much more consistent bonus, not affected so much by excessive movement or unability to attack boss during it's activation. Also it's more of an afffi enchant, while both demo and destro have more fun with SP.
