    Gluth bugged?

So they fixed the issue with decimated zombies not giving him back hp, but now after that change, gluth randomly teleports to zombies that are 15-30 yards away...

I think so. The dog ignore tanks and walk to their nearest zombies (no matter how far they are) a few seconds after decimating

After decimate he literally starts walking towards the zombies and when he is close enough HE TELEPORTS near them to full his hp.

Quick update: I've been able to kill him. We made full dps ignoring ads with 2 tanks, 1 heal and 7 dps's. You need to make an average of 3k dps to kill him

It's supposed to charge at a zombie about 10-15yd away from him but problem is that it's nowhere near 10-15 its more like 30 as people say here.

And if it charges at one most likely it will charge at another which is close, creating a chain but that is intended

This may be possible in 25m, but its proving absurdly challenging if not impossible on 25m without copious amounts of excellent kiting classes. There's too many changes all at once in a stealth patch. Warmane pls get on this.

    We did it today and quite easily I might add, our setup was;
-2x UH DK (pvp specs for MS boost)
-2x Frost mage (0/5 frostbite, all cooldown & chill talents taken)

Dk's go left and right with one mage each between the spawn points, just do circles there, icy touch the zombie that spawns while mage partner will rank 1 frostbolt it & keep rank 1 cone of cold on cooldown on the zombies that follow the kiter. Kiter sometimes drops D&D to ensure he keeps aggro on the stack following. When decimate is going to happen DKs go to middle to stack them & deathgrip zombies in case they spawn before decimate and just AoE them down. Zombies barely made it past the middle point of the room & it was easy as ****.

But yes on our previous attempts with no strategy and just telling kiters to "kite" we noticed that Gluth lunged at zombies from very far away but IDK I don't care its super easy like this.

That's not the point - you shouldn't need these insane parameters to kill the boss. They need to just make the fight work as intended.

Plus KT or Sapph should be the barrier to Naxx clear, not Gluth. Sapph and KT are easy sauce compared to Gluth now, like what?

Yeah gluth took us a few tries, but KT and sapph were one shots.. I mean at least there's a challenge cause we gotta wait long for ulduar lol

Well to be fair Sapph fight is made trivial if everyone brings a frost resistance item with them, the damage becomes a joke (AKA blizzlike which is very low, here w/o frost resist the dmg it at least doubled) and KT has always been a joke fight. Mechanics in that fight are easy to deal with, only way to make it "hard" would be to buff the damage which they've prolly done as that is the case with every single naxx boss atm.

Not surprised that a boss where you have to do tactics is a gatekeeper for most people.

It's not the true tactics of the fight when the boss actually teleports to the mobs. He should only turn around to eat them when they actually reach him. He doesn't go back for them.

Did it last night (27th May) - Bugtracker labeled the problem as "fixed" ALTHOUGH IT REALLY ISN'T - he still turns around abruptly and starts walking towards the zombies if they get too close.

We 1 shot it (25m) but the composition looked like this: One well-geared paladin tank in behind with 2 hunters and a frost mage; One DK always ready to grip a zombie away from Gluth if it approaches (this usually happens after the decimate where alive zombies get popped, but two fresh ones with 100% HP spawn at the same time and these two start moving to Gluth as well). Rogue was applying the anesthetic poison to Gluth removing Enrage instantly. One guy was throwing BABY SPICE @ Gluth to reduce his size (Actually helps with his target hitbox). When the decimate happens, paladins Holy Wrath, one frost trap preferably in the path towards the Gluth. Boomkin was doing Typhoon if they get too close.

Pop BL at start, nuke Gluth as much as possible. You will 99% get two decimates, so the tank behind needs to be aware of his debuff stacks, if he starts taking too much damage, you can do the tank swap after 1st decimate.

    Good luck <3

Gluth is next to impossible in 10man. He is spawning 3x the zombies he should be (spawning from every grate). On top of that they have the health of 25man, so during decimate they are next to impossible to kill before Gluth devours them. And to top it off, one zombie will heal him to full health.

How are groups doing 10man, or are they even attempting it??

Have no problems on 10m and on 25m, on 25m maybe it is a bit harder now, but just bring cc and stack em together.
Nothing really hard about theese Naxx fights.
