WotLK Do hairstyles between Wotlk (old) and legion models appear the same?

Was wondering this. I currently run on the old Wrath client and been wanting to upgrade to get those juicy hires legion models (mainly for cute gnomes). Was wondering if hairstyles appear exactly the same between the 2 versions. So for example, my worry is that even though my character may have twintails, someone running on the different version may see a completely different hairstyle.

Yes, the hairstyles are the same. I think there's maybe 1 more default hairstyle, not sure. Keep in mind the (new) launcher has many bugs. For example, dwarves or gnomes can't mount in cities so I recommend sticking to the (old) one.
