Weekly HC quest qith KIRIN TOR

Hi guys, I dont know what else to do to have the weekly quests u can take in dalaran.

Im exalted with the kirin tor, I did all the quests until they supose to give me the ques to can talk with Archmage Lan'dalock but the one before is not there, i can see the NPC Warden Alturas but i can't talk to him or do the quests.

Anyones knows how to do it properly? May i need ilevel for that? Im so confused :(

You need to do some questing, First if i remember right you must take a quest from Honor hold that will introduce you to Dalaran, following this chain should unlock the weekly quests :)
