Conquest points cap don't reset

So yeah, as the title say, I am literally stuck for more than 10 days and conquest cap actually didn't reset. This didn't happened until now, as I have some of 550 prideful items. I asked several players in game, most of them told me they either dont know about that or it should reset thursday in the morning.
Today is friday and still can't continue process to gear up because I can't get points
If there is somebody that know how to fix that, or is actually bugged, help me please xD
If is a bug, and for sure it is, I hope this will be seen.
