    [ANSWERED]Arena Point Bug

    Not really sure where to post this. I played 100% of games in both 2s and 3s (Frostmourne server) and did not receive any Arena points with the most recent reset. I made an in-game ticket and was told--

    "Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with your issue as we do not provide support for such cases."

    Who am I supposed to contact about this? Why have none of the bugtracker posts from the past year on this issue not been addressed?

    You must also play at least 10 arena matches in total.
