Retribution Paladin DPS on Naxxramas

Good day everyone !

So I don't understand the DPS of Retri Paladins I am around 4k Gearscore with 4 pieces of valo t7 set, but still my dps and damage done is extremely bad on Naxxramas 25 against other ppl. So No matter what I cant doing damage as much as Warlock/Rogue/DK does. All my hit caps expertise caps etc fine.

So Im thinking maybe this phase is just bad for Ret Paladins because most of my gears rings necklace are Agility, bcz there is not really a good STR one.
What you guys thinking about this ?

From my experience from playing at the start of lordaeron to the release of ToC it's doesnt get any good til ToC and ICC
