    Help with missing item

    Hi, so an item (trinket) called Jetze Bell dropped while we're doing FOS, we rolled and I won but the item never went to my inventory?? Do you have some logs for it that you can check where the item went? Thanks and sorry if my format is wrong this is my first post.

    Lost items that were obtained in game can not be restored.
