Can't spend coins?

I have 12 coins trying to spend and I can't? I never have had this problem. Help?

Something i didnt know until a few days ago - you cant spend coins until you have 2 party authentication activated for 3 days.

That's incorrect. You can spend coins, you just can't use Trade without having it active for 72 hours.
