WotLK Question about gearing NaXX/OS etc.for Elemental

So after I searched for a somewhat BiS-List for the current content on Frostmourne and haven´t found anything helpful I would love to ask if anyone has some Gear advices for me or even a BiS-List I could follow. I just started playing WoW and still getting used to most stuff. Have some Raidpieces already and some Healitems that were better than my blues but still are healitems. I would love to gear with the proper gear.

Also is it worth getting the Protector-Set from the Vendor which would Result in Hit-Loss and also has reduced mana costs, while I dont have too much of mana problems. Thanks for any help already

Just aim for hit cap and then optimize gear to max your SP/haste
