If someone say in a RDF Hc, "change ms" and no one say "No". can we say everyone agree?
I’ve read that it's ok if you roll for a different spec when everyone agreed on that at the beginning but it would be really annoying for everyone to ask for confirmation one by one, then, is it ok to assume everyone agree?
What do you think about it?

It's OK when everyone says "yes". If atleast one person doesn't say anything or says "no" you can't need for OS.
