WotLK i bought an item from the store to the wrong character

hi, so today i bought a mace for my holy paladin, but wrongly got it for my druid, someone told me i can open a ticket in the account/support section but the only thing i found under category is ban appeal. can i do anything to get it sent to my paladin ? thx

If you bought it with points, there is no support for that.

If you bought it with coins and don't have support on website available, you can try sending an email to [email protected]
