connection problem forstmourne

Hey, i have a problem.
I tried to play today on Frostmourne (im playing here already for 1 month) and its says when im logging in: Unable to connect.
This never happend to me, i was looking for a solution put no luck. You guys are my last resort....
The things that i tried already:
- Remove logs, errors, wtf, addons, cache folders
- checking realmlist
- using client with old/new models
- reseting computer 5x times
- did windows uptade
- reset modem
- friend who can log in send me his config file

sooo... nothing worked.
help! p.s.: ima dying lol

Edit: maybe we have to solution, it was our ISP: UPC services... they say everything should be back up soon.

some information would be nice from the guys who run the server, its not nice that i cannot play in my free time and they dont even bother explaning or try to help
