NEW to Tanking: Add ons?

Hi guys,

Im specifically looking for some kind of a threat monitoring add on? like i can see the threat that my party/raid members are doing, coz im having problem with aggro for multiple targets like trash mobs or boss adds. I currently have omen3 atm, but i think it is not what im looking for. I heard of this add on called Threat Plates, but i cant find it anywhere for WOTLK. If someone can provide me the link to download threat plates, i would really appreciate it. Or any other add ons that may help on my journey to tanking :))) Thanks guys!

As a tank I use Omen threat meter to monitor threat on bosses and tidyplates (threatplates is a part of it) to monitor which trash mobs I have threat on. The basic UI nameplates actually shows you which mobs you have threat on by putting a small highlight around their frames, but tidyplates allows you to change size/color of frames based on whether or not you have aggro on them.
