Technical Sons of Hodir don't appear as a faction in rep. list

I was doing the questline to gain reputation with SoH and they don't appear on the available factions which you can gain rep with :/



Does anybode know if this is a known issue and what can I do about it?

the first quest to give you some rep will be the quest n.24

this chain is important because the quest n.27, "Forging an Alliance", allow you to finally see the "quartermaster" npc

Buen día; yo tengo un problema diferente con esta misma facción;
realice la cadena de misiones para subir reputación, termine todas las misiones en cumbres tormentosas y aun seguía odiado, como ya no tenia de donde coger mas misiones decidí comprar con emblemas de facción y subirla hasta exaltado, pero ahora no me aparece el intendente y en el recuadro de reputación me aparece que sigo en guerra con ellos. y hay quede estancado no se que hacer.
