    Cold Weather Flying Tome

    Warmane's own database, google searches, and even results from this forum say Hira the flying person in Dalaran sells the heirloom Northrend flying tome to level 80 characters for their alts for 1000g. But, she offers no vendor options other than actual flying training. Is this not available on Frostmourne?

    Was introduced with patch 3.2.0 (ToC), probably will be the same on Frostmourne.
