I made a ticket on warmane site for some issue i have with an item that is bought, and now almost 2 days without an respondse form support staff from warmane, at first i made in game ticket and the gm's were quick to respondse, but asked me to create a ticket on site, but they are not responding.

Just wait for a reply. If it is an item bought with coins you can get a refund if you opened the ticket within 24 hours of buying it, if it was bought with points there is no support for point shop.
