[ANSWERED]lvl 80 spam kill low lvl

hi everyone , their is no rules about the lvl 80 spamming kill on low lvl ? seriously , what did you expect ? low lvl will be happy because you one-shot them 3 or 4 time because you camp spawn ? you have nothing better to do in the game ?
