Technical Disconnected from server error message

so I am new to Warmane and I installed the game from the torrent, when I get to the login screen I enter my email and password and a message says that I have been disconnected from the server anyone know how to fix this or is it normal?

Whenever you log into Warmane (website or in-game), please ensure you are using your username (not email address) and password.
