Parry Haste?

Hello, I recently leveled a Paladin Tank that I intend to use for raiding. My doubt is if in the current content (Naxxramas, VoA and OS) are bosses that have Parry Haste, or if it is directly a mechanic that does not work on this server.
Im just curious about that because i know that I will probably never be a main tank, and I’m also curious to know if it’s ever going to be necessary to cap the expertise around 60s (or so) to avoid bosses parrying you.

I never tanked raids before as you can imagine.

The tanks I raid with sit at 34 expertise on gear. I'd try to sit around that, 29 or so is probably fine. I wouldn't try to hard cap parry haste in t7, not sure if you even can. 3.3.5 blizzlike has parry haste disabled on a lot of bosses, not sure if warmane is the same. I would say all throughout wotlk sitting around 30 on gear is more than adequate for most boss encounters.

All dragon bosses have parry-haste which includes sapph in nax. As for others you would have to check on a boss by boss basis
