hola , me banearon injustamente supuestamente por ninjear items en una dungeon lo cual no tiene sentido ya que fui de tanque pero no necesitaba ningún item como tanque y al comenzar le dije al resto que necesitaba items de warrior furia, a lo cual me gane un trinket en el boss final y un sujeto comenzó a reclamar sin ninguna razón ya que dije que iba a lootear furia y ahora me doy con la sorpresa de que me banearon por 5 días que pésimo esta warmane le hacen caso a cualquier sujeto sin fundamentos, quisiera que me contesten

Lamentable, la próxima vez que lo hagas tomá screen en la parte donde avisas al comienzo y así el baneo es para el denunciante.

bunas me sale que mi cuenta ha sido suspendida por 6 dias y no tengo idea por que acababa de entrar a bg y de la nada me desconecto y me suspendio la cuenta,,, dice que por la ley #2 de anticheat pero no he hecho nada malo ni hacks ni nada ?

banean por cualquier cosa, (poca seriedad) ni investigan, me paso algo similar ni siquiera verifican, por otro lado quien puede decirte que estadística te falta, o lo que debes poner en tus personajes, ni siquiera te dan una opción para que replica, y generalmente los que denuncian son niños rata que solo insultan todo el juego y como uno no esta sacando capturas todo el tiempo... Mandan un ticket dicen que hiciste algo que no hiciste y como no tienes como comprobarlo baneado aunque no hagas nada.

osea y en definitiva, abuso de poder, le creen a un ticket sin pruebas, no te dan derecho a replica solo te banean...

Te encuentras con gente que te insulta, desea la muerte o de tus familiares, ninjas, tramposos, mal educados y otras cosas que ni voy a reproducir aquí o quizá también me baneen por decir la verdad. Me han baneado dos veces la primera no lo sé aun porque, porque ni lo pone en el juego, no lo pone en mi perfil donde supuestamente dice cuesta suspendida y me levantaron el ban, pero ni me dieron explicación, ni me pidieron perdón, etc. Un desastre y tomadura de pelo hacia el usuario. No sé ya que se creen las compañías, es el cliente el que da dinero, ya sea pagando o siendo usuario activo que atrae a otros clientes, así que ustedes sabrán, ahora me encuentro que voy a entrar y de nuevo ban. ¿Por qué? Let me just fix something about your whole text.

It has absolutely NOTHING with being latino or any minority whatsoever. People will report people who rolls NEED when they shouldn't just for the fun of getting that random player banned. It was deleted because according to the forum rules which you skipped reading, you may not discuss or complain about bans on the open forums.

Encima por si fuera poco, fui a intentar abrir un ticket y me dice que no puedo abrir otro hasta dentro de 30 días. Vamos eso sería como si tienes dos juicios y te dicen que no te puedes defender del segundo hasta dentro de un plazo de 30 días. Es que de verdad... No sé quién hace ese tipo de normas, si un mono borracho, un bot o alguien con poca empatía hacia los demás en general y al usuario en particular...
¿Cómo pueden meter bans de forma arbitraria, injustificada, sin dar una explicación y encima ni siquiera poder recurrir? Está claro que es su servidor y sus normas; pero se les olvida de que el tiempo y dinero es del usuario, no de ustedes. Si quieren que el usuario se vaya a otro sitio entonces van por buen camino... De hecho torres más altas han caído por ésto mismo....

buenas, queria consultar si se puede apelar un ban que creo yo es injustificado a mi persona ya que el tema del ban creo es por una raid de 25 OS, el tema fue de que se maneja una mecanica que la gente que muere en lava no lootea por items (para evitar afk) el tema que murieron 3 personas si mal no recuerdo y una persona que murio tiro dados y gano el item pero como se lo habia explicado hasta en la raid previo a entrar a OS se lo dieron al segundo en dados. es todo lo que paso yo no me lleve ningun item ni nada ni creo tire dados porrque no me sirve nada. aparte de eso yo no era el lider, ni master loot. gracias, espero una respuesta , buenas tardes, noches o dias :D

Yo estuve en la Raid de OS 25, NO se llevo ning?n ?tem. La regla de NO MORIR EN FUEGO si fue mencionada al inicio de la Raid, por lo tanto el que muri? no tenia que dar rol, sin embargo lo hizo, y gano en los dados, pero era claro que no merec?a por no cumplir la ?nica regla. Se intentaba dar el ?tem al segundo en dados que SI hizo correctamente el encuentro y cumpli? con la regla. Pero sujetos mal intencionados empezaron a amenazar con baneos, debido a esto, al final, para evitar problemas, el item se le entrego al que NO cumpli? con la regla.
Revisen el Caso y verifiquen quien llevo el ?tem, antes de realizar los baneos.
