Site can two factor authentication remember more than one IP?

Lately my ISP went crazy and keep swapping my public IP every 2 minutes between 2 IPs.
Which mean I keep getting disconnected off the website and asked for email authentication every 2 minutes, which mean it's impossible for me for writing forum posts/replies in one go, as I have to copy what I wrote, relog and then paste it and post it fast.

The 2 IPs are always the same, and they just keep swapping between them for absolutely no reason.
Is there a way to make the two factor authentication remember those IPs so I don't have to relog every 2 minutes?

Sadly, I don't think it can. Did you try turning 2FA off?

Thought about doing it, but I had several tries to hack my account.
I'm pretty sure it's not a keylogger, cuz it happened only on one of my accounts while I play both of them alot, so changing the password might not help. So I kinda have to keep my account safe.
