What I am thinking on doing for Warlock PVP

My goal is to not be a glass cannon but kind of mimic old school SL/SL build so I tried to take as many tank traits as I could come up with and came up with this

I know it may not be perfect and I know that it can be improved. However I like the damage reduction in Destruction mixed with SL/SL WOTLK style.

Some points I did not know where to put. Again my only only only concern was surviability not damage..

I think with some tweeking MAY be able to get in some good damage out of a build like this. IDK Ima noob. I remember MOP I was pwning it up laughing all the way with my glyph of demon hunting and mass life drain. THAT I miss. Did not do much damage but I did not care I was just trolling with it. Fun as hell.

I see you even added in a little dps with Shadow Burn but missed out on Master Demonologist. I'm no expert by a long shot but wouldn't master Demonologist with felhunter or voidwalker offer a better chance of survival?

Master demonologist only reduce dmg by spell attack by 10%. As a lock , the problem are other melee, not caster. Your felhunter would act as a mana batterie, You can drain mana from him , life tap give mana to you and your pet. The idea to increase the shadowbolt it s because of your 8% instant cast with corruption. Shadowburn will just help you to finish them. With the glyph and soul link, you reduce the damage by 25% , + an extra 6% from the destro talent tree.

that would give you an extra 5% dmg reduction. Would bring you to 36% dmg reduction. But the damage would come more from the fel guard than you. So its either you drain more life, or more damage reduction.

You don't have instant howl of terror, shadowfury, haunt, metamorphosis... you'll get derped on.

Just dont. It will suck. Full affli is the only thing closest to old sl/sl that you will find. Anything else is going to be just a dispell easy game easy life from the opponents
